If ND beats USC, I can only imagine the crying and the BS you will type until the game.
ND will beat usc, barkley separated his shoulder. And your basically saying you go by stats alone and not logic. stanford is only legit team defense you have played. those other teams havent played anybody. Stats are skewed. But your not objective enough to understand any of that because your looking through ND glasses. But ive said what i have to say, someone else perhaps chilly can pick up this convo with you

And who is arrogant? The debating your bs with actual stats and facts? I believe spouting off about something you have noclue about is way more arrogant than debating said bs.

Not to mention how arrogant is saying you know how many points BAMA will beat ND by? NOBODY knows but you. That's arrogance. Not to mention you reply to any facts that prove you are spewing BS with..."They haven't played anybody." Arrogant. Have I made one prediction about anything in this whole thread? While you rattle on about two teams who may never even play.

Stats are skewed, my bs opinion means everything....you're arrogant..... same old bs. And I won't be discussing CFB chilly the greek ever again.

I wish I was so sure they will beat USC. Seen **** go wrong too many times to be so sure about any sporting event, especially arch-rival games.

I hope they break the pattern of the #1 team losing.
That and I think the pressure gets to the coaches. Like I said with Oregon, its amazing how the game plans all of a sudden change when they are in the drivers seat and they play not to lose. Same mentality that happens at the end of game where an underdog is leading.

I've seen it with Michigan State this year too. The last couple of years they were creative, a ton of trick plays, keeping opponents on their toes. This year when everyone picked them to win the Big 10, the coaching has been safe, passive, and stale.

Yep. But at least the coaches have expierienced pressure. Ican't even imagine what these kids have on their shoulders. I'm not looking forward to my possible heart attack on Saturday.

Ask alabama bout that. Like i said your team is overated. Sec defenses are in a whole nother world compared to big 10 defenses. Not even close. Good try tho
don't even bother...he doesn't watch anything except notre dame, yet continues to spew out more crap day after day about teams that he knows nothing about or has watched. he lives on stats like they matter so much in college football, yet will say that they are skewed and still use them to point out notre dame's season.

the eye test says notre dame deserves the accolades they are getting...but put them up against actual competition again in the bcs bowl game and the past has shown they fail. it's the truth. they have this storybook season then it goes all to hell.

Johnny's team lost two games and barely beat Mississippi and La. Tech which lost yesterday so I am not buying the Johnny football rap, Bama was at home and got beat, plain and simple, so seems to me that you are the one being a tool bag here. I am definitely not an ND fan but I do follow football and have to give them credit for beating the teams in front of them and know that they certainly have the capability of beating Alabama or whoever else they play should they get past USC.

Surprisingly, they only drop Oregon below Bama and Georgia (and OSU). Sets up for the SEC/Duck game with an upset from USC!
Figured they would put Oregon below a couple more SEC teams so if ND slipped we could have another all SEC snooze fest.

And I know I hate OSU, but I would be pissed about being ranked #4 when you are 11-0. (Even though it doesn't mean anything in the end).

Right? There is no reason they shouldn't be 2 (or even 1) in the AP poll. Technically it doesn't matter, but I think Alabama and Georgia get a little more leverage in the BCS by being ranked 2 and 3 instead of 3 and 4.

Edit: Nevermind AP doesn't figure into BCS

Oregon has a good shot should ND fall on Saturday with a game left with #16 Oregon St. and should they win that a game against current #15 UCLA. I say current because they have #11 Stanford on Saturday. That should be enough juice to hold off either #6 Florida or #10 Florida St. but you never know how the computers are gonna work plus the Coaches poll which is the only poll that matters along with the Harris I believe. One more thing Stanford was a 20 and a 1/2 point dog going into last nights game for what it's worth.

Actually if Stanford wins next week they would go to the Pac 12 championship for another game against UCLA.

Stanford and Oregon are tied in the Pac 12 north, and after yesterday, Stanford has the tie breaker.

Right? They have easy street if USC will take care of business, don't have to play the extra game.

Though I don't like the idea of a non-coonference winner being in the title game...

And 20.5 is ridiculous. Same with TAMU being 13.5 dog last week. I mean, I know home-field is huge in college, but damn!

Thanks, I forgot that Stanford only had one conference loss.
