Being a Pac fan growing up I think one of the things which I hate is the idea of having an 8 game conference schedule. Especially in the SEC, where you get a schedule every few years where you only have to play one of the 'good' teams, so you have a cakewalk to a 1 loss season.

I know they couldn't have a championship game with 10, but the round robin was awesome in the Pac-10. Best way to decide if you ask me, especially if you could add a championship game on top of it. Not sure why the NCAA says you have to have 12 teams for a championship game?

2582 pass yds, 22-4 td-int to go with 1504 rushing yds and 16 more td's for lynch compared to collin klein's 2020 pass yds, 12-3 td-int and 748 rushing yds
Gotta love that a QB leads the country in rushing yards

KSU lost to Oregon-lite, Oregon lost to ND-lite, (I think the final paper, rock, scissors there was that KSU could've beat ND, but who cares now!!).

We are one ND loss away from my dream scenario of utter chaos. I love the BCS. LOVE IT!

With the playoff system looming (and not liking ND too ) I reallllllly hope USC gets the perfect game together so I can enjoy one last pristine BCS mess.

I cannot wait to watch that game. Even if ND blows them out, I'm gonna be excited all week.

Every game matters in the BCS. Every game. Gonna miss this.

The Irish won't lose to USC. It will be ND-Alabama. I could never find myself saying that would be an interesting game., but I'm actually somewhat intrigued.

Its funny how Oregon completely changed their offense once they got stopped a couple of times. I figured that's what would happen. The hurry up and variety basically disappeared and they kept going for the long ball.

chip kelley was absolutely out of his element. And im not intrigued by that nd match up. Bama should win by 2 tds. Notre dame has no offense or no johnny football.

What a glorious day.

Shutting more haters up as the weeks go on.

And ND scored more points against Stanford than Oregon did.

One more game.

It will be interesting to see how far Oregon falls and Stanford climbs compared to what happened with Bama and A&M last week. Essentially the same situation and somehow I don't see a similar result happening.

And Florida better not make it into the top 5. They only scored 1 offensive touchdown against a D2 team...a D2 team that has given up 23+ points in all but one of their games.

Then you haven't watched them. Judging by your ESPN like takes, you don't watch too many of the games. I don't know what will happen, but to say they haven't shown you anything is an ignorant statement. BTW, haven't you learned anything from chilly666 in this thread?

Does anybody think the pressure gets to these kids? Lots of the top teams get beat an awful lot the last few seasons when it matters most. That's not a knock on the kids either. Lots of pressure for a 19 or 20 year old kids. This is going to be a long week and I'm nervous about this as any game I've watched since Favre threw that GD ball to Tracy Porter. I hope they break the pattern of the #1 team losing.

I saw a tweet from a PAC 12 beat reporter yesterday. It said USC, UCLA and ND have not played a division 1 AA team this season. The SEC played 7 yesterday. What a joke.

heres my take on that, if you play lsu and texas a&m and a sec championship game, those 3 teams are much tougher then all of ND schedule combined. so yea you might not have played a 1AA team, but you have played a bunch of sorry @ss teams. Stanford was by far your toughest opponent, and i cant give you that because of the horrid call at the end so we dont know what would have happened there. And oklahoma is overated to. They arent the same oklahoma from years past. And believe me i prolly watch more football then anyone on these boards. So i know what im talking about.

Wake Forest isn't exactly the pride of the ACC either. Just throwing that out there.

And Missouri didn't play an FCS team and look where that got them. A painful loss with bowl eligibility on the line and now 5-6 heading into A&M for the finale.

And Syracuse is going bowling!
