Why cant you get it through your hear that THEY DO WEAR METAL spikes. They are not 100 percent metal like baseball but they are plastic with a metal tip and they get wicked sharp. I know, because I have played football at a pretty high level.

The new field turf is a very similar to real grass. I have always used the game cleats on the new Field Turf as I would in natural grass.

Yes he crossed the line, yes he displayed an attempt to injure(when you weigh 400lbs and attempt to stomp on someone that counts as an act to harm).

Stupid shiit like this needs to be dealt with in the harshest possible manner, these "superstar" athletes think they are untouchable and above the law at times and these piddly fines don't do anything to curb their actions. He may not have done real damage to the poor bastard on the ground but the next time he pulls this crap it may very well cause a career ending injury.

On top of it all he continues to lie about it, he does realize that there are fifteen cameras that don't lie about it doesn't he?
