^ Yeah, no kidding.

KC has the first pick in the draft. I'm sure they'll **** it up somehow. Their QB situation is woeful.

They reacted too fast in hiring Reid.

This may be one of the worst years to have the lottery pick too with no clear cut number one consensus.

News Bills Coach

Don't know who this guy is so can't have an opinion yet.
Quote:
Doug Marrone has agreed to leave Syracuse and become the coach of the Buffalo Bills, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Sunday morning.

Marrone replaces Chan Gailey, who was fired after going 16-32 over three seasons. Marrone has yet to sign a deal.

The Bills also interviewed Oregon's Chip Kelly on Friday and former Chicago Bears coach Lovie Smith on Saturday.

Marrone has been credited for turning around the Orange in four seasons. Syracuse rolled to an 8-5 finish by winning six of its last seven games this season, including a 38-14 win over West Virginia in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl.

He turned Syracuse that was a national laughingstock at 10-37 under Greg Robinson into a team that finished a respectable 25-25. Won the Pinstripe Bowl twice, including crushing West Virginia this year 38-14. Crushed Sugar Bowl winner Louisville 45-26. He has some really big wins and the team was competitive in every game under him, regardless of his overall record.

But I believe the real reason he was hired is he gets the most out of limited talent. SU played over their heads every year and I'm thinking that's why Buffalo wanted him.

Don't be surprised if the Bills draft Ryan Nassib the quarterback at Syracuse now. Set pretty much every passing record at Syracuse and Marrone trusts him.

Isn't it great how these "sources" keep throwing out these done deals that are never done. I wish ESPN would just wait until the signatures are on the contract before reporting things.

Considering ESPN never credits their sources anyway, I love when they get news wrong.

Marrone was not my first choice to take over the Bills, but I did not have that feeling of disappointment I had when they announced Gailey's hiring 3 years ago. As a long suffering Bills fan, it can't get too much worse, right? As long as they draft a QB who can throw the ball more than 20yds I will be somewhat happy. I am also not against Nassib in 2nd round. 1st round pick needs to be a LB.

Jags very likely to announce they are parting way with coach Mike Mularkey this week, with the GM search over. Still hear Greg Roman

Oh, snap. The Cowboys fired DC Rob Ryan. Interesting to see if he ends up with his bro on the Jets' staff...

Two Ryan's on the same team? Like the Jets need any more drama.

Just saw that the Browns are bringing in Bengals Mike Zimmer. About time he gets a shot somewhere...

Todd Haley apparently turned down his interview with the Cardinals and is staying with the Steelers as OC.
