Lovie needed to go years ago. 10-6 season seems good but most of those wins were against bad teams. i think they were 2-6 against teams in the playoffs. they havn't been to the playoffs in 5 of the last 6 seasons and they have changed offensive cordinators 4-5 times in the same amount of years. Cutler may or may not be worth a damn but he hasn't really had a chance to show what he can do in Chicago because of the changes every year at the cordinator position. And to be far he did beat the packers quite a bit the first hand full of years there but hasn't in the last few seasons.

he wasn't on a list that a source revealed on twitter a bit ago but i wouldn't count on him not being a thought at least. money will be an issue though as the bears are normally cheap and with having to pay lovie $6 million they might not go with such a high profile coach like gruden.

I'm not sure about other teams but the Bills not only fired Gailey but his entire coaching staff. That's a big deal, dismissing so many at once. It's a good move. There needs to be new faces. Next on the agenda is trading/drafting a starting QB to replace Fitzpatrick.

I figured he would be gone but I don't think it was the right move. No coach in the history of football would have success with the QB's and offensive line the Cardinals had this season. It simply is not possible.

Either way Whisenhunt won't be out of a job for very long.

That is my thoughts overall too.

but remember Ken had final say on his rosters and a lot of his input went into selecting QB.So he's not innocent in all this. I just think he's a very good coach and poor QB evaluator.

I've never felt worse for a player than I have for Larry Fitzgerald this season. I felt the same way about Steve Smith before Cam Newton arrived. Fitzgerald, with a good QB and some weapons around him could be, easily, the best WR in the league.

Blame who you want, but I'd fire whoever was responsible for bringing Kevin Kolb on board. Vince Young, for what its worth, would've been a better option over both Kolb and Skelton.

Most of the Black Friday casualties "earned" their walking papers.

Hell, Matt Leinart would have been better but Wiz ran him off as well, and yeah Whisenhunt was responsible for player personnel. Hope that loser enjoys Buffalo.

I am reporting the Cardinals are very close to a deal with Andy Reid to become the team's next head coach.

Rumours abound that Reid wants to bring Michael Vick with him.
