Who fukin cares. He got off on a technicality. so nothing was disputed in terms of them finding a lot of testesterone in the sample. It's just that the guy that collected it kept it overnight at his house because he didnt think it could be shipped on a weekend. If that makes him "innocent " in your eyes great. Your an idiot.

I blame Major League baseball also. You have to follow all the rules set out for chain of custody. Be professional about what you do. Then these fukin frauds like Braun cant be up there talking about his "restored" reputation. What a joke this guy is!!

You might want to at least post the correct facts if you are going to try arguing with someone. The sample was at his house from Saturday through Monday, not just "overnight".

I go every 30 days for bloodwork and my hemotology doctor calls me the next day with the lab results and gives me my INR number and the new date to go get bloodwork! They can do a quick prick test today like what a diabetic does on a daily basis but he doesn't like that test so I have to do it the old way.
A tip for anyone who goes to LabCorp like I do. Go-online and make an appointment a day or two before you need lab work done and they take you right in at your appointed time!
I love arriving at like 1:25 for my 1:30 appointment with a room filled with people and I give them my appointment, sign in and tell then it's my standing 6 month order and by 1:35 I'm in and having my blood taken. I've had 3-4 times where people get angry and start to bitc*(usually old people) and I tell them that I have an appointment and that is that!
They are steaming and I am walking inside to get the labwork done!

Well, its like you said, its really MLB's fault for not having a proper procedure in place. Without knowing what they are looking for in the urine, and there is so many different sterioids floating around in there, I would say that who knows what chemistry could take place? especially if the urine isn't stored properly, you know? I haven't read on this at all, so I don't know about what is in bold, but I am sure you are right, but it comes back to how is there not a proper procedure in place? You are a billion dollar industry, and you can't figure out how to store some dudes piss? Unbelievable.

I read somewhere prior that we are usually at a 4:1 and Braun was at a 20:1. I think that was what Lupica meant but am not sure.
