Sébastien Cyr accidentally killed at the age of 34 years.

by Caron et Guay de Trois-Rivières LNAH on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 1:34 pm ·

It is with shock and astonishment that we learned this morning of the sudden death of the former and accidental hard-to-cook Caron et Guay, Sebastien Cyr.

34 years old, Cyr has played for the team until the end of the 2009-2010 season had chosen to forego hockey to devote himself to mixed martial arts.

This is also part of training earlier this morning that would Sébastien died of an accidental blow to the head.

Originally from Vanier, this colossus of 6'02'' 230 lbs and had rendered valuable services to Caron et Guay over the years, is considered one of the best fighters in the circuit.

Sébastien Cyr survived not only his immediate family but also many former teammates and opponents with whom he had forged friendships outside the ice.

Confused as well...heart attack or blunt force trauma? If heart attack one must question if steroids were an issue. Normal healthy 34 yr old athletes don't usually drop dead of a heart attack unless there were pre-existing conditions.

It's obviously Blouin or one of his ilk.

I'm no familiar with Cyr or the LNAH in general, but it's always a shame to see a fighter did young. There seems to be conflicting reports about the cause of death though?
