I aint this since Tedstone emailed it to me years ago.

I think Varhaug got screwed there. Cote was tangled in his jersey for waaay long enough for the linesman to separate em. What did they expect was gonna happen as soon as Cote is totally loose? It was almost like they were planning on it.

KO Cote assisted by Varhaug for helping Cote get out of his jersey. His legs were still jello as he was being helped off. Was there ever a rematch?

That fight was between to of the baddest dudes in the league, an with the fact that Cote was still throwing punches, would you as the ref risk stepping into the fight, an possilbly getting walluped by one of Cote's punches....


Cote won the fight by a KO punch, but Varhaug got helped off not because of the KO, but for the fact is that when he hit the ice, he fell in a akward way an blew out his knee, an was done for a long while after that......

Theres no way Im gettin in there. Hell no. But count howlong Cote is tangled up and not throwing punches. The linesman aaaaalmost get in there but then backed up.
Oh well. Yeah I think it was you that told me a while back that he blew out his knee during this.

My god was that a huge punch that put down Varhaug.

Too bad the league went to the ****ter. Was so entertaining back in the day.

It went downhill pretty quick imo. Proof of that is the number of posts in here. This place is pretty dead nowdays, unfortunately.
