It's a junior A tier 2 league. So it's the same as the USHL. Most of its players end up playing college hockey.

I was hoping to see him in the CHL again as there's more heavyweights in that league for him to fight..

He's a veteran though, the IHL has 8 vet spots compared to the CHL's 4, a CHL team would be making a mistake using one on a guy like Goulet quite honestly.

I hear straight from Cheryl Littlejohn that frank will NOT return this year and is weighing her options before she posts public, but will not be IHL.
