I have my doubts on Drulia actually letting Snowball jump Woollard...

He may of wanted to have someone do it that game, but i know he doesn't have the balls to actually send Snowball after him, he'll cool down by friday night i bet, everything he says on the coaches show is typically just bull**** anyway.

He didn't come out and directly say it, but he most definently meant it.

He said:

"For the first time this year i had to tell 2 guys to actually go after someone on another team, so i looked down at Merlini and Cowan and told them when you get out there right off the faceoff jump Woollard. And they didn't do anything to him, but i feel like with Snowball's skating coming along as quickly as it is we will have him in friday to take care of things"

roughly what he said anyway...

Of course if Snowball does it though i think he'll be fined, the league listens to those things.

uhhh yeah. You cant advertise it like that. I think its just radio hype like how Bloomington said they were gonna bring the pain after we kick the sh*t outta them the game before (thanks again to B2 for not even bothering to show up and do their job).
They came and beat us but there was practically no physical play.

I would bet Stayzer and Snowball have a few fights.

Snowball said his motivation for coming back to play was watching the NHL and seeing some fights there, i believe he also mentioned Steven MacIntyre and how he was in the NHL as aother reason he wanted to come back and see if he can get that far.
Does he realize that guys like MacIntyre and Mirasty are established guys at the AHL level already? He has to stick in the AHL before thinking of the NHL.

Of course he does, i think everyone misunderstood what he was saying, it's not like he was saying he's better than them, those are guys he admires, and that's why he mentioned he wanted to be where they are.

I think there was a decent possiblity he could have gotten an AHL PTO by now had he started the season at camp in Port Huron. Do you know what kind of shape he`s in right now?

He's got a few weeks to go before he's in shape to get his shot in the AHL. He has just been signed to a PTO by Drulia, once the 14 days is up he will be signed to a regular contract, just because Drulia doesn't want to release anyone at the moment (he'll have to to make it under the cap once Snowy signs) and after that Drulia expects him to be called up around January.

I personally hope he gets called up to a team that already has a veteran enforcer he can maybe learn a few things from, i think that'd be great for him.

He's in good shape right now and is ready to play...probably could skate with a AHL team if he felt he was ready. It's better to take your time then to jump the gun and maybe lose out on another chance in the future.
