The Belak and Brashear one was epic. A guy of Belak's stature taking down a guy like Brashear is amazing!

Can't vote for a guy with a cast on his wrist

Very tough choice between Brash and Dorsett.....went with Brash though since he's a tougher customer than Dorsett and the guy who KO'd him is tougher than some dude named BJ.

Belak over Braashear. Epic for the fact that it possibly signifies a passing of the guard from the Brashear-Laraque dominance to a potential 3 way battle between Belak, Godard and Orr for the crown.

I went with Belak and Brashear, because Belak did what a thousand other guys couldn't do over the last 20 years.

As far as the punches go, I would say that the one Godard landed on Orr was the hardest of them all. Orr's head snapped back like a bobble head doll. Its just that hes that tough, he was able to get back on his feet pretty quick. IMO if that punch landed on anyone else, they would still be out.

He deserves much worse. I really wish Belak didn't let up on him cause I know Brash wouldn't have shown any mercy on an unconscious opponent.

This. That's the reason I like Brashear, because despite Bettman's attempt to pussify the game as Mike Milbury calls it Brash continues to enforce and embrace his job, and he's good at it. It sucks when he does it to your players, although it actually worked out in my favor when he popped Jared Boll. Boll scores on the PP and the Jackets won the game. Still, jumping the rookie late in a game, and the devastating hit on Betts were just part of Brash doing his job. You never want to see guys get hurt, but occasionally it happens. Hockey is a rough physical contact sport, guys get hurt.

It's not like he went all Chris Simon and cross checked anyone in the face or tried stomping on them with his skate. And he doesn't go around boarding anyone like Hollweg does.

As for the poll I voted for Belak dropping Brash. A close second for me was Godard dropping Orr.

Belak KO'ing Brash takes the cake. Anytime Donnie gets ****ed up is a good KO in my book

Belak for the KO

I was attending this game and saw the KO from about 15 rows back. This was one of the most incredible KO's I have seen in a hockey fight. After throwing for a few seconds Belak threw a shot and hit Brashear right on the chin immediately causing Brashear's knees to buckle and Brashear hit the ice. The KO looked like a KO that would rival some professional fighters.

This one has to go to Belak. It's a shame because it's hard to not give it to Godard for his TKO of Orr. That seemed to me like it was going to be the biggest TKO of the year. A huge one for Godard. But you got to go with Brash going down from Belak. I think a lot of Orr fans are very thankful to Belak.haha It's kind of like no other KO's or TKO's matter this year.
