Yeah this probably deserved a nomination. Those two teams hate each other. It dates back a couple seasons too. I wish they had met in the playoffs could have been a real fun series. Always seems like there is a fight or two and a bunch of big hits when these teams play each other.

Chicago vs. Phoneix should be on here. A fight almost every game a lot of talk in the press. Coaches yelling at each other.

The St Louis-Chicago games gets my vote. Jannsen and Eager had a pretty intense rivalry but others join in as well. Too bad King was out for the season, him and Walker would be a great fight imo.

The Original Six battle between Montreal and Boston was good this season.

In fairness, I don't get to see a lot of west coast games. So those rivalries/feuds aren't something that I'm too familar with. But in the east nothing beats Bruins/Habs. They play eachother a bunch, theres a lot of history there, and theres a genuine disdain for eachother. What more can you ask for?

gotta go with the 82 year Montreal/Boston rivalry. Its a classic that is sure to ensue some fights..... although I do like NJ and Philly. If I had a second vote, it would go to them

I voted Montreal and Boston because of their playoff stance. They went at it at the end of their playoffs games everytime, win or lose. It was very entertaining and developing a high impact series of constant hits and agression.

Happy New Year!

Boston v. Montreal at Fenway on New Years day would be like a birthday BJ.

Montreal-Boston no doubt. This feud was straight out of the 70's, especially towards the end of the year. Genuine hatred for one another.

Philly- Pitsburgh is up there too for intensity. Not so much anymore though.
