2007-08 People's Choice Award

Quite simply, this is where you vote for your FAVORITE enforcer. We have a limit of 30 options here and obviously everyone can be included. I went with the most likely people to receive votes. If you want to add a write-in vote, feel free.

My Pick

Chris Simon is still my man but I'm afraid his time has passed. I'll cast my vote in with Rangers' heavyweight menace, Colton Orr!
edit: Due to popular request, Chris Simon has been added to the vote list. He still has my loyalty.

Previous Winners

03-04: --
05-06: Brian McGrattan
06-07: Derek Boogaard

there's about 20 options there I could vote for but I chose Boogaard just because he's so destructive and you know he'll never wrestle or hug.

FYI for future voters, no reason for you to be just kidding with that logic. Nothing wrong with your favorite fighter being whatever fighter is on your team!

I went for Orr. Reminds me of the destructive punching power of Kocur.

I loved what Aaron Downey was able to do for the Wings this season. He added a dimension of toughness and grit to the roster that Wings' fans hadn't seen in a while. He definitely made the softest team from last season a little more gritty

Well since two people have now put in write-ins for Chris Simon, and I would have voted for Simon as well, I put him in there and edited the vote totals accordingly. I really thought I was the only one who still was a big fan of the current version of Chris Simon.
