Tough choice on this one. I'm entertained by men with KO power a la Boogaard and Orr. But toe-to-toe fighters are in such short supply in the new-NHL I'm inclined to go with Josh Gratton.

Regardless of how he does in the fight, Gratton is normally a pretty open fighter leading to some fun bouts to watch.

I've never seen Boogs try and hug other guys, and he always fights wide open. Gotta go with Boogaard here.

Rarely do you see a boring Boogaard fight. He's definitely not a hugger.

I went with Josh Gratton here, most of his fights are all out toe to toe affairs.

So far I'm the only person to vote for Brian McGrattan here. I'll tell you why I did. He's a true, true HW. When I would see him in the lineup, I'd definitely get a woody thinking about what may transpire. I'd look forward to his fights more than the others who were mentioned in the poll. That's why I voted for 'Gratts--his fights were never boring, and he fought all the heavies.

Boogaard gets my vote as he is the most entertaning guy to watch. With his heavy hands and most of his fights are toe to toe. Gratton's fights are very entertaning but I'll take a beat down or a TKO over a slugfest anyday.

I have no Idea why Cam Janssen would be considered for this award..seriously..his fights are the most boring of fights and i would bet 90 percent of posters on here that are not devil fans would agree.

I would agree, almost completely. There is a difference between being techinically sound, as in Darren Langdon, where you have the ability or desire to throw punches, then their is the world of Cam Janssen - which is disgutingly boring to watch.
