Was at this game last night at the X.

Was a solid fight between Bolig and Caron with Bolig getting the upper hand with some very hard thudding shots landed. It was great to see some guys get into a hockey fight for a change. Been covering boxing for too long, forgot what a good hockey punch in the face contest looked like.

Later in the game, Rob Flick tripped and sent Drew Bagnall into the boards really hard. Bagger got up and was not happy in the least bit, and as he went after Flick, Corbin Baldwin came in to snag Flick, forcing him into the turtle position. Wade Brookbank joined the fray as getting a hold of Bagger as a mini-line brawl touched off.

Great to see some emotional hockey last night. Really needed that.

Bollig early Caron came on at the end, but the shots landed early gives Bollig the win.
