Picard ran through Binghamton's goalie and Conboy started punching him with gloves on. Picard dropped to the ice, then Gudas came over and pushed Conboy into the boards and onto the ice. Binghamton's goalie was involved so Norfolk's goalie skated down the ice, but didn't really do anything. There were no actual fights, I don't know how Blood/Jackson got FM's. I don't think anybody on the Admirals even had both of their gloves off.
