I see Selleck and Tarnasky mixin it up in San Antone - Roch. Selleck played for ROC a couple of seasons ago and played college hockey at Oswego State.

Clackson and Rosie in Hershey - Norfolk

Zac Rinaldo just got a 5 minute major for elbowing and a game Misconduct. Seemed possibly like it was questionable. But heard he left his feet and not a terrible call. He's really strugglign right now. He won't fight and is taking stupid penalties.

Should mention 2 refs in the game and they've called 7 penalties through 1 period. Greeeeeeeeeat.

On the bright side its been a solid game and its getting a little chippy with scrums after whistles.

Rosie's dressed and Clackson is not. Hope Rosie runs rough shod. Even with Rosie not dressed Clackson should be dressed just in case Brodie tries anything.

Archibald and Lalonde just went in Chicago vs Rockford. Not much was thrown, maybe a few jabs by Archibald but it was a crap draw.

Kassian vs Beach now. Both had a few shots in, but Beach got the best shot of the two.

Here is the video. I know I may be a little biased here but it did not look like that bad of a hit and it seems like he got more of the boards then Melchiori. While watching the game, they originally gave him just 2 minutes but after a couple of minutes of discussing it the refs decided to go with the 5 and a game.

11-28-12 Zac Rinaldo elbows Julian Melchiori -...

I was a big fan of Selleck's during his short stay in the Rock.

Hit looked OK, a little high, not that bad for a 5 and a game.

After the game when asked Rinaldo said the call was a "joke" per Phantoms beat writer.

Gotta agree. I don't even see his elbow coming up. I don't doubt he got a piece of the guy with his shoulder but I don't see the elbow up at all.

Phantomsfan, you can concur I'm sure, the refs were atrocious in that game. Over officiated it.

Yep, the officials killed this game. I was busy that night so I recorded the game and watched it a little later and it was painful to watch the two refs ruin the game. I ended up just fast forwarding thru most of the third period.
