yes he was and as for heard, im sure it was colorado wanting him to get regular playing time ala michael ferland for calgary/abbotsford

I'm sure Plymouth were bugging the Avs to get him back too. He should give them a big boost down the stretch and allow them to trade someone like Austin Levi before the deadline
