The heavies are in for both the 3 PM games, Justin Johnson and Bobby Robins between Monarchs and Bruins, and Joel Rechlicz and Jimmy Bonneau between Sharks and Pirates.

Recker and Bonneau just had a nice T2T (based on the radio call) scrap right off a faceoff after the Sharks scored a goal.

I'd love to see a vid, sounded like a contestant for FOTY.

Bonneau and Rechlicz just went, pretty good back and forth fight, bit i'd say Rechlicz gets the edge

Just a minute or so after they scrap, Bonneau and Recker are chirping at each other from the penalty boxes after Ethan Werek and Curt Gogol get roughing minors.

Edit, it was only 33 seconds, but it was still wild, according to the radio call.

I saw it and it was pretty good, i'd still say the McLaren-Recker fight was better

I would have to see the Bonneau/Recker fight, but we've got 2 definite candidates for the end of year FOTY awards on here.

Possibility of three. All involving Rechlicz

I was actually referring specifically to this weekend, but that's true.

The ref for the Sharks/Pirates game must be getting ready for the NHL return. As Bonneau and Rechlicz left the penalty benches to skate to their teams' benches, Rechlicz was hit with a 10 minute misconduct for doing basically nothing, according to the Sharks announcer.
