They like to show these two teams because it's the only time the rink in Abby is sold out. It looks better on tv because it's a sellout rather than the usual 1,000 people in the building despite what the boxscore says the attendance really is.

I'm not sure about other AHL teams, but here there is zero atmosphere in the building & it's so quiet that you can hear the guy across the arena fart. The main reason is because it's Calgary's farm team but at least put an entertaining product on the ice. Winning isn't everything as shown by the horrible attendance game after game in Abby. They've had a couple sellouts the games where the kids in Oklahoma came & tonight against the Canuck's farm team.

As per Chilly's post, 6 regular fighters scratched from the list. But Leigh Salters in Charlotte and Tyler Randell for Providence have been added to the list.

Hopefully, the Tigers remember the hits from last game. Happened in a tight point of the game, tonight they can address it nice and early.

That's just the way it's going to go."

Well Gallant I in tonight. Just waiting to see if Rechlicz an Louis come out for warmups. McIver is out for BPT

EDIT: Portland has an extra player out for warmups so one will be scratched. All Portland usual suspects are out for warmups. Looks like they called up Russ Sinkewich as well.
