Mike Hoffman didn't end up in Portland's camp and it sounds like he doesn't plan on heading overseas. He would be a very good guy to bring for Norfolk.

Fritz is back! Never really liked him tbh, but hey, he's a big boy and can throw em. Maybe he'll get called up against teams like TO or Philly.

Lizon is not talented enough and has to learn to fight at a higher level. He refuses to learn to fight any other way than JUST right handed. Tie up his right and he can't adapt. Chaz Johnson and Hendrixx aren't the answer at the AHL level.
