Good stuff, hope he's gotten his act together. Nice to see a grittier guy like Armstrong get the call and not sure what to make of Isherwood, was a bit of a scrapper in juniors but has completely stopped since going pro.

they probably send him down to teach him a lesson, i saw him in brossard (habs training camp during the summer) in late august or early september and was looking very overweight drinking a lot of water and not finishing the power skating exercise ... hes a bad professionnal and thats too bad cause hes a pretty good and willing scrapper and has some puck skills
