Im failing to see how dropping the gloves at all is cowardly.... There is a huge difference between being a coward and having a crappy fighting style/skills.

How about cheap blind head elbows and not dropping the lid after your opponent drops his? How does that fit into your criteria?

its not like he really had a choice but to drop them. had he had the chance to do it straight up with peluso, he wouldn't have like a little bitch. too bad peluso didn't knock his sorry ass out for the season.

Peluso looked fairly good in this scrap, I think Stortini is catching some unneeded **** here. Peluso came in after a hit Stortini had thrown and got in a much better grab.

Both guys did their jobs. OK scrap Peluso did good against a guy with NHL experience.

The first fight was much better

Bruton is becoming one of my favorites. Really hope he and Peluso get a shot with the Blues when and if the NHL starts back up.

catching some unneeded ****, really? the ***** didn't ditch his lid when given the chance like peluso did, instead kept throwing ***** ass jersey jabs at peluso like a coward.

again, had peluso challenged storweenie straight up, he would have put his tail between his legs and skated away. every ounce of **** that storweenie gets, he deserves.

Being a Hagel Fan, That was a good showing, his last few............ not so good. Hope this is a start of good fights for him. I'd give that a draw with maybe a slight edge to Burton. But the next one is all Peluso, but he did get the good 1st jump and grab.

Was at the game last night.....Peluso and Stortini were chirpn all night most of it instigated by Peluso. Stortini really didn't want any part of Anthony until he was forced into after the late hit. Fairly hard hitting game and most entertaining although the Rivs never make it easy!

you're the one that said he was some unneeded **** and when pointed out that he deserves every ounce of it, you stoop to that comment? nice job guy, nice job.

maybe when stortini actually stands up and fights someone like peluso straight up and ditches his lid instead of guys like shawn lalonde or ryan stanton, then maybe he'll get some credit, until then he deserves all the flack he gets from posters on here about his ****ty fights and choice of competition in those ****ty fights.

He's fought guys better than Peluso already. He's not the best, but he does what he can.

He didnt really fought them, he hugged them or get his ass kicked.
Peluso is a real heavyweight, actually fights the guys not just hugging them. He is a top 10 guy in the AHL.
