With Trenton getting Wilson it makes sense that he went elsewhere if demoted.

plus trenton could have said no we don't want him back as they aren't affiliated anymore and also have a handful of flyers/phantoms prospects already to go along with not wanting to keep releasing their own players or sitting them

Exactly. That's the tough thing about when you have guys assigned to non-affiliated teams. They pretty much are gonna move around more than most guys.
