Slater is very underrated in terms of fighting. I've. Seen him fight some big dudes in the echl this season

That's okay, Tom Grace didn't know either and he's an announcer. (btw, Grace gave credit where it was do in this one.)

It's Ian Slater. Called up last week from Trenton. He's essentially all Trenton had after they traded Conboy. (Trenton has noone now.) Had 5 scraps down there. From what I've read/heard so far he's liked by Phantoms fans I've talked to in GF.

You can't tell too much but Slater's also got a sick stache going. Flyersrule, has he been growing it for awhile? (I know you only saw him in Reading.)

Hope this link works, it's a great shot of it.

Even Tom Grace couldn't spin that fight, Farnham got absolutely wrecked.

Yeah I know him pretty well, watched him throughout juniors. He's a solid checker can lay the body and isn't bad at fighting even though he's not that big. And the best part is he knows his job, he knows that if he wants to play in the bigs he'll have to be a grinder and fight and he enjoys the role.
