WTF?!? how the hell does Manchester have home ice advantage?

norfolk as the higher seed has the choice to play the 1st two on the road or at home. if such higher seeded team chooses home for the 1st two games, then the next three are on the road for them.

the only time the choice doesn't happen is if the opponents are within like 300 miles or something like that.

it was not by choice- the arena is booked with all the military bands from around the world
