it says after a 3rd fight in season a 1 game suspension, 2 for 4th, 3 for 5th, etc...


so what leagues does this crap apply to? or do leagues make their own rules? I don't get it, because then wouldn't the OHL fall under these rules too?

It's the Ontario Hockey Federation, it appears to be the governing body for youth hockey, kinda like USA hockey and it's regional programs, the OHF falls under Hockey Canada and the OHL and the other Major Junior leagues fall under the CHL.
