Got to protect the Euros somehow since fighting is frowned upon.

It was a pretty good game until the last 6 minutes or so when it became a parade to the penalty box, some deserving, some not

Yeah the officiating at these games have been atrocious at times.

I was pleasantly surprised that Camara didn't get suspended.

Nice to see Canada beat the States after Seth Jones ran his mouth and said the US was the best team at the tournament.

Good game between Canada and Russia today. Nice to see my boy Jonathan Drouin have a great game and not look out of place on the first line.

Sweden finishes first place in Group A. Canada first place in Group B. Both earn a bye to the semi-finals.

Drouin's been playing well, kid's got a lot of potential.

On another note, I have never heard so much whistling during an international game. I was aware that Europeans did it as their version of booing, but I've just never really heard it.

I'm interested to see if there's supplementary discipline for that hit from behind.

Canada was terrible today. To the Americans credit they played a great game and out played Canada in every facet of the game. Gibson is a excellent goalie too. I hope i never see Steve Spott with hockey Canada again, what a terrible coach.

What a spanking the Americans laid on Canada. That was awesome

That Canada-US game was a hard game to watch. Gibson was incredible and will likely get tournament MVP.

The only Canadian player i noticed was Scheifle, and only because he attempted a couple big hits.

Hopefully they can beat Russia and get a bronze and get the medal streak to 15 years.

Lockout year and Canada doesn't even medal, epic fail. Poor coaching and defense coasted Canada this tournament. Time for Hockey Canada to re-evaluate.

at least this tournament finally exposed huberdeau as a fraud.............. and jonathan drouin as a surprisingly great player for a 17 yrs old

i knew all these yrs hes just a product of a powerful junior team, not a great player

now lets see what my boy galchenyuk does for usa...

i still dont know if im cheering for usa or sweden, probably usa.
