Had been playing a sh1t ton of Halo 4. I decided to take a break and went out Friday and got Hitman: Absolution. Now I can't stop playing that game. I love how many options it gives you as far as eliminating your target goes.

One of the boards has you in a very busy Chinatown market. You have to off a guy known as "The King of Chinatown." One of the many ways to kill him is to leave a bomb beside his car and then use the remote detonator as he approaches.

I decided to see what would happen if I left the bomb near a crowded fish vendor and then detonated it. Holy sh1t. There were Chinese bodies flying all over the place. Was awesome. I ended up taking a poisonous Fugu fish and slipped it into The King of Chinatown's his food. He died.

I killed him a few other ways too. Poisoned his drink. Poisoned his cocaine. Sniped him from a window across the street. I also disguised myself as one his bodyguards, walked up to him, and slammed an an axe into his forehead.

F*ck is this game ever fun.

Fired up the first Sonic last night, always forget there's no speed dash yet! Did horrible and turned it off. Redeemed myself and beat it today. Only got 5 of 6 emeralds though, died 9 times and had to use a continue! Oh well, reason to play it again some time.

Started a season of ESPN National Hockey Night for the Sega CD, no season stats and no fighting, but I get like 40 checks a game. Started 0-2-0 then won 5 straight, but my record shows 5-2-1 for some reason. It gave me a random tie when my schedule only shows 7 games played. Free point! Just upped the difficulty to "pro" since I won 5 in a row. We will see how the rest of the season goes now.

Wow! That thing's rare, nice!

As for me, I'm going back to the past too, gonna 101% Donkey Kong 64, which is supposed to take like 50 hours. Luckily, it has a widescreen option and surround sound (it was released in 1999!).

Was feeling nostalgic so I installed Lords of Magic: Special Edition yesterday. It's fun turn based strategy fantasy game set in a world inspired by Middle Earth. Holy crap I forgot how fast time flies when playing. Started a new game as Water around 2pm, next time I look at the clock it's 8. Haven't done that since World of Warcraft years ago.

Played it with a buzz last night and beat it with all the emeralds like a boss.

I'm looking to pick up something different today. I just don't know what. Something violent.

Any suggestions, guys?!

Still playing Assassins Creed 3. Not overly much or often either. But, it's still a great, enjoyable game.

The graphics have some issues here and there, and the controls have some hiccups, but overall not bad.

Thus far, at around 40% complete, I'd give it a solid 8.5 out of 10.

Dishonored is a really fun game that I've been playing a lot lately. It's labeled as a stealth game but you can do so much, everything affects the final outcome. Good stuff

I'm thinking ESPN National Hockey Night for Sega CD is a bit too easy... after starting 0-2-0 I've won 11 straight with ease. But I guess I'll trudge through the season to see if the difficulty kicks up any more come playoffs.

Granted I have ROMs of every game I could ever desperately want to play. But having the actual system again I've been shopping around for Genesis cartridges, prices are silly! I'm not trying to collect, I don't need boxes or booklets or mint condition. I just want the ****ty cartridge itself that still works. I got my little ****ty old 14" tube TV with the system hooked up in my "man cave" and just want some more games to play. I'm not dropping 15+ on a Genesis game, no matter how badass it is and how bad I want it...
