So I signed up a couple weeks ago to nintendoage.com because I was looking to chop a gaming award I won many years and just wanted to get the word out on it.

I thought hf was at times tough on newbies but these ass clowns on NA are completely ridiculous. Check out the responses to the 2 threads I started over there:

Also, I'm super impressed you were on Video and Arcade top Ten. I LOVED that show when I was a kid. Watched it on YTV a bunch. The last couple of episodes around the N64 PSX era it was really starting to show its age marks.

Yeah, the sheer glitz of owning a demo SNES cartridge >>> $50. Those are some stupid forum nerds!

I only read the first thread, and honestly they looked like choirboys compared to what goes on with newbs over here IMO! No mention of anal rape, requests for nude pics, torture etc.

But yeah, I was pretty surprised what a bunch of dicks those guys were. I guess the stereotypes are true about how a lot of gamers just like to troll and talk **** about how they are superior and everyone else is below them. We all know that is totally not the case in the real world.

Regardless, I worked out a deal with one guy who bought the plaque for $125. There was one guy who offered $175 but he didnt message me again until after I sold it for $125, I figured he just changed his mind.

It was a nice memento of what I won, but lets be honest, Im a 34 year old married man with a daughter. Ive got my own section in the house where I have all my autographed pucks, Maple Leaf McFarlanes and hip hop tapes displayed, but Im not going to be hanging that on the wall anytime soon. And if someone wants to pay me $125 for something that has been sitting in my drawer for 15 years, they can take it.
