Here we are. The next installment of The Adventures of Solid Snake. (I made that up). The release date is said to be June 18, 2008. It's coming out for the PS3 but more than likely it's eventually going to go to the 360 as well.

I played MGS on the PS2, it was a fun game but I doubt I'll look into MGS4. I dunno, like I said it was fun just not all that I guess you could say.

I am so pumped for this game, Metal Gear is easily my favorite series. I still need to save up and get a PS3 though. I highly doubt Metal Gear will go to the Xbox, I believe Kojima's company has a pretty strict deal with Sony.

I'm excited and bummed at the same time. I've been a huge fan of the series since Metal Gear Solid on PS but I don't have a PS3 and I don't plan on buying one anytime soon. I was a little torn about which next gen system to buy but I ended up going 360, mainly because of the library and I REALLY wanted Mass Effect. On the bright side, I have a buddy who may have a PS3 over the summer so I will definitely play this game through somehow.

This game is gonna be the ****. Although the storylines are getting absolutely ridiculous the gameplay is still awesome and you can't beat sneaking up on some ****er and breaking their neck.

im too impatient for this series. never played em, but ive watched a friend play through all of them and hes obviously pumped for it. it does look sick as 'eff' though. 'bout time for some big name ps3 exclusives lol. too bad i wont play it though! i get bored of sneaking after two levels. hitman was the only game series like that i enjoyed, because if you messed up you could still just blow your way out, still didnt like them much either.
