wendel clark vs. tie domi

i was just curious if these two ever fought, and if so, who won? if so does anyone have video? i personally feel that clark was a better fighter. he was absolutely brutal in the way he would beat people down. he had a "joey kocur" type of presence about him. domi is a badass as well, but its hard to take someone to serious when he is always smiling during his fights. like kocur, clark rarely smiled. it makes sense in a way all the similarities, they are related after all.

never happened. i love clark but i'd hate to see him in the spin cycle, not to mention the left hand of domi.the one strike against my buddy wendel, is that he lacked stamina. if you look at his fights they are all short, he wants it done quick, he hits hard and fast.more often than not his opponent would end up flat on his back, if not wendel would do his thing then hold on till the linesmen broke it up. Prime example is the Probert fight? unless I am thinking about a different fight, but he gets gased early and Probie takes over...

Wendel was injured in the fight that Probert really beat him down in.

In 86-87 they had a 90 second fight at center ice in Maple Leaf Gardens and Clark didnt lose stamina or the fight.

Domi and Clark never did fight nor would they ever, Tie idolized Wendel and had way too much respect for Clark to ever challenge him.

yes i remember when clark was on toronto and domi on winnipeg.....all i remember was clark throwing punches and it looked like he grabed domis big head and tossed him too the ice.... i was young and still remember this.

cause i saw the fight, unless the reffere was being generous and gave them both minors.

but from what i remember domi and clark did go.

I'm not 100% but i'm pretty sure they never tangled, roughing minors? possibly, majors? nope.

listen im telling you in the early to mid 90's i saw WENDEL CLARK and TIE DOMI TORONTO VS WINNIPEG, IN WINNIPEG ARENA FIGHT.

i know who i saw fight, unless the ref just gave them 2 min for roughing.... but i remember clark tossing punches and domi too and then clark took him down.

i looked at Domi's fightcard on another forum but it's not showing up...??????????
