Firdge is all about the fans, and has always been. He probably knew they'd all get a kick out of it so he made an ass out of himself... and you could hear the crowd go wild.

I wonder if he lost a bet?!

also, he's looking pretty haggard these days. his job has him not aging very well. yikes.
