Required-Fotiu knockout check on Kevin McCarthy!

If possible and in light of the penalized Colton Orr hit last night on Matt Cullen, does anyone have the Nick Fotiu knockout check that he laid on Kevin McCarthy in 1982 also at MSG. The only difference was Nicky's hit was more up in the neutralzone and McCarthy was knocked out cold!
Fans here need to compare the two hits and realize that in 1982's NHL, A hit like that by Fotiu was not a penalty but a clean, hard open ice hit that was applauded. Now it becomes a 5 minute major for interference!
What the hell is that all about?

Please someone post that Fotiu hit for comparison if possible!

I guess that clip was posted here about a year ago, so I guess someone has it. If no, you can download 1989 segment about greatest league hitters (provided by PJ) and there is that Fotiu hit.
I dont know why are you so exicted about that exact hit. There are deffinetely better ones out there.

The point isn't about being excited, it's about the similar natures of the two hits both at MSG by Rangers and the one that knocked a player out cold wasn't even penalized and last night's might lead to a suspension!
I'm not looking for another team's hit but comparing two hits almost identical in the same building by Rangers and one gets nothing and the other gets a major, ejection, and possible suspension!

I'm not watching many hockey games these days anymore, but I guess you dont either, because almost every night happens a couple of hits, where players gets penalized for actually throwning a clean check or hit. You know back in the days, player would get nothing, only loud ovation from crowd.

I think its pretty silly to start compare different eras of hockey.

Thanks and great job CB of posting that. No penalty was called on the play and who was standing over McCarthy! The head of justice today-Colin Campbell! Oh the irony!
Fotiu's hit was much worse and yet was considered hockey in the old days. Now you get 5 minutes for "interference!" That's a new one!

Can someone repost this vicious hit?
Fotiu recently said in an interview that he intimidated with his hitting and wished he played now because the defenseman and forwards couldn't hold him up on the forecheck and he'd be killing guys with bodychecks!
