Geoff Waugh hits Manuel Ganahl.

Brutal hockey cheap shot Medvescak Zagreb vs....

Looks pretty bad, but was it intentional? I don't know how to slow-mo it, but it appeared he was turned a bit before he got hit from behind like that. Luckily the guy wasn't injured seriously.

How is this a "cheap shot"? Guy had puck, with head down, the hit was sorta from behind, but nothing "major" and the victim must have known a player was coming. Maybe I'm missing something...

ok, the "major" in threads title may be exaggerated, but what penalty would you call.

the player in the video received 2 minutes for boarding...

According to some posters on this site this kind of thing is only bad when it takes place in beer leagues because those guys don't have medical coverage and have to go to work the next day.

This guy doesn't have to worry about any of that though, so clean hit.
