Good Fight from Germany

pretty good fight for german standarts,
former St Johns Maple Leafs Captain Guy Lehoux ( blue jersey) against Thomas Gödtel ( huge german defender)

I love how the players and especially the fans likes the fight.

Guy Lehoux is a legend. He's a player from another era, very honest guy and still fights every season even though he's already 38. He won't back down from anyone. Players like him are the heart of that sport.

Gödtel is a real good fighter. He never played in NA but can handle himself very good. Would be be interesting to see him playing in NA. Same for David Wolf from Hannover. I still think that he has the potential to be a NHL tough guy some day if he chooses to go in that direction.

This would have been the best european fight ever... if the blue ***** didn't go for the single leg takedown.

I had the pleasure to have Lehoux as the enforcer from my favourite club for 3 Years.

He is a great guy, would never say he is a good fighter but he is especially for beeing 5.10.
Great Teamplayer, great to the fans and the whole organisation!

great fight too and over 10 years old I think.
