While Brodeur completing another great season pickin´ up 34 wins back in 95-96, his back-up goalie Corey Swab made a wild square-off against a swedish non-fighter Tommy Soderstrom.
As the brawl finally calms down Schwab races down the ice and hammers poor Soderstrom who tried to help his teammate in a fight.

Keeps his mask on. Play fair Corey !

i was at this game. What a mess. Someone skated over Kaspar's hand, severing tendons during the brawl.

I believe that was Schwabs first NHL game, and one of Soderstrom's last. Tommy needed to get that mask off....
