Well in the first video you will see the power play game winning goal from Iginla which came immediately after the penalty call. Then you will see the play that led to the PP. Nicklas Grossman got a delay of game penalty for shooting the puck over the glass. But in order to get the penalty you have to shoot the puck over the glass from inside your own blueline, Grossman shot it over the glass from just outside the blueline.

Refs blew the call big time.

The second video is just another of the goal from the crowds point of view.

What an awful call. It being in OT makes it even worse. You'd think the Refs would always lean towards no penalty instead of calling one, allowing the players themselves to win the game. This just proves the Refs want it to be about their calls and not the players.
