Fight Video Feeds

This was brought up in Florida at Philadelphia 2/21/13.

VodkaFish, your fight uploads are always prompt and high quality, but how do you determine which team's feed you use? A couple Flyers fans and I are wondering why the Flyers broadcast is rarely used. Not only does Jim Jackson call make good fight calls, but CSN Philly does a great job with camera work and replays. The video is always of the other team's feed, though, so we're curious as to why that is?

From the aforemention thread:

Are these suggestions accurate?

D Y B FLYERS nailed it. CSN Philly is almost never available to me. Only once this entire season do I believe I had it (and I did record it).

However, even if I did have it, it'd be part-time because I'm in NY. Any Isles, Rangers or Devils game will have one of the MSG broadcasts. The away feed is always blacked out. So there's 10% of all games in the NHL

Thanks VF. As I just replied to you in the thread where this convo started... you're the man!

What are the rules on users posting videos from elsewhere? I know you don't want fried chicken videos etc. posted on the boards but does that apply to any video from any other source or just those from certain other sources?

Sorry if this is easily accessible info that I could have accessed on my own.

Thanks!

We have no problem with videos from elsewhere (FC included) outside of the YSTB forum where we strictly use our own. In the logs we don't generally use anything marked up.
