Oh, and funny how Moore chose to file a lawsuit in the US. Not even where the incident occurred.
Very True!

Yeah, I'm not baggin on Moore just for the heck of it.

Quite frankly, I don't like wimps in the league. There is no place for them. If you are going to do the crime, gotta do the time. Not 'back out of fighting invitations, then pick a wimp to fight'. What Moore did was embarrassing to old time hockey fans who believe in "an eye for an eye"....in this case, it was 2 busted vertabrae for a suspension....what has the league turned into????????????????

Steve Moore...........

Todd Bertuzzi...........

Marc Crawford...........

EXACTLY. Steve Moore should just be happy Bertuzzi put his name on the map. Now hockey fans are aware that Steve Moore is a hockey player in the NHL. Before the incident, nobody knew..

A real tough guy I see and being that I boxed for 10 years I highly doubt that happening but thanks for your opinion.
What does "insocial" mean?

You better watch what you say drifter, or Bigjack might consider assaulting you with his walker

Whatever you say Nature Boy. Just make sure you remember to take your calcium pills before hand. Because I wouldn't want you to break a hip

Actually vitamin e may be better. Nature Boy, hey that's cool I'm Rick Flair without the blond hair- woo woo!
My brother-in-law actually met Flair in NC in Charlotte in a bar and they asked him to go woo and he was cool about it. Steve said he was a big boy but you could see he was about 55 years old.

All I am saying is that Moore needed to realize that HE DID NOT SETTLE EVERYTHING BY CHOOSING TO FIGHT COOKE. Moore had been invited several times by Bertuzzi--Moore turned him down because he was scared. So, instead of paying the price like he has to, Moore tries to weasel his way out of it by picking Cooke. Doesn't work that way. Finally, Bertuzzi got sick of it and knocked Moore into next year. I had a big smile on my face and was thinking "finally, payback time". I also thought "you can only wimp out for so long until someone comes and decks you"

Moore shouldn't have done the crime if he could not do the payback time....
I love everything No Teeth has said. The guy is brutally honest and so is the game. I think the fact that Moore chose to fight Cooke made it even worse for the guy. It was a vicious thing for Bertuzzi to do, but I am not going to flame the guy. He's paid for his transgression and it's time to move on.

Hopefully if the situation presents itself again another player acts as Bertuzzi acts--if it is for a cause! I think retribution and violence makes the game unique and interesting.
