Really nice job Vodka. My favorite article yet. Scott gave good honest answers. I think you should start asking everyone you interview if they visit the forums here to see what we're saying.

Great Read! Thanks to both Vodka and Parker for doing this! I like the way said he "fights to hurt." He seems to be one of the only ones that does that anymore. An old school fighter for sure and I think he could be champ someday soon given the right opportunites.

Good Q&A and an even better series of video clips in the video section.

Thanks David

GREAT Q&A with Parker VF!

I did not realize how good Parker is on his stakes until I saw the videos. In some of the fights Parker takes a shot or two, then fires back and the other guy falls down. (Grimson, Naz, Oliwa to name a few). Burnett did a decent job of staying on his feet too, They both seemed off-balence for most of the fight.

After seeing the videos I was also rather surprised how many guys fell after 1 or 2 solid punches.

My favourite fight was the Probert one. Made me miss Probert, even though his square off was very awkward.

There is just something about seeing a guy lose it like parker did that i really like to watch

I think Parker was in awe in the that fight, he didn't look like himself at all...

Parker is a real warrior. I specially like this part :
You don't cheapshot one of my players like that, it doesn't make any sense. Fight a guy straight up, whoever wins, wins, but at the end of the day respect yourself for being a fair player and a fair fighter.
NHL should have more fighters like Parker. Its really cool to read a new interview about fighters like Parker. No Barnaby crap...

very good read VF...the guy's got a good head on his shoulders...very open about his fights, tough opponents, wins and losses...he knows you win some and lose some and isn't fazed by loosing and doesn't get to high on the wins...seems very personable, more so than i thought and i'm not sure why i thought that before!!!

I've become quite spoiled by VF's and other writers on this site and I admit I take it for granted. Be that as it may, this interview and clips really made my day because they were so cool. Phenominal job VF and thx for putting in the time. Oh, and for Parker. THx for taking the time and keep fighting to hurt brother.
