Crunch, there are a LOT of people here who would be better suited as tennis fans. There are still a few of us here Brendan, who appreciate your effort and taking the time to interact with us.Good luck and keep fighting.Hope to see ya in Hershey some day[among with a few others].

What is his fight card the last 3 years? If he works out so hard every summer why was he close to 400 lbs at the start of last season? I haven't heard of or seen but 1 fight of his yet everyone gets chastised for forming an opinion on Tedstone. He posts on here... so what. Naysayer have a right to their opinion until someone can debate why their opinions are wrong other than to say he is nice enoughto share his thoughts with us. When does he fight..thats all I wanna know..and who has he beaten.

It's more then a few of us. As far as the haters, one guy hates this site, the other is just uninformed.

Not sure how Tedstone is 'tarnishing' the role, from everything in the interview, it seems like he plays it to a T. Maybe I'm just a dumbass you should feel sorry for, but Tedstone has my respect.

*EDIT*

Having an opinion on his fighting ability is fine. But straight up insulting the guy (not based on his fighting ability) and throwing around fat jokes is ridiculous, and shouldn't be tolerated.

Until you lace up the skates, drop the gloves and stick your chin out, no one should have the right to come into a person's interview thread and bash someone based on trivial bull****.

Now If you didn't read the interview (which wouldn't surprise me), Teddy is now under 300 pounds and will soon be even less. Have you guys ever thought that maybe the reason his balance was bad in that one fight had something to do with him being almost 400 pounds on skates? Honestly, you guys should just keep your ****ing mouths shut and go post bull**** about today's undedicated NHL fighters who play like they think they were signed for their hockey talent...

Simply put, Brendan knows his role as a hockey player and doesn't give a **** about your childish insults, which is why he hasn't responded.

True enough. I just wanna know who he has fought. Crunch has mentioned his fights in the last few years as 8. I only know of the one from last season..and that wasn't even a fight.Crunch do you have the card?

Tedstone tarnishes the role? Are you ****ing kidding me?

I think players like Wade Belak and Donald Brashear tarnish the role far more than players like Brendan. At least Brendan knows his role, enjoys it, and does it out of the love of the game and not money. Thats called passion and dedication. Respecting someone who much would rather play defense, all the while neglecting his role thus allowing his teammates to be pushed around or injured, is bull**** to me.

Tedstone embarrasses the Enforcer Role. Wow, thats the stupidest thing i've ever heard.

Who are you talking to? If you post an interview and people have Legitimate questions..they shouldn't be asked? Maybe you should keep these in your diary under your pillow if you don't want people to ask questions.

you didn't address anyone. you posted right after me(or shortly after someone replied to my post) and made it sound like you were talking to someone specific. I was wondering if you were talking to me.

I wasn't. You respectfully asked a question which I had no problem with, actually.

Should I still keep future interviews under my pillow, cuz I actually have quite a few NHL and AHL tough guy interviews coming up...

Do what you want. I enjoy them though. If you had no problem with my questions then my responses have no meaning.

I`ve been listening to this thing for 2 years now & feel sorry for any poster/fightfan that is actually impressed by this "sideshow".good luck in your future endeavors,BT,but an enforcer you are not or never will be......let`s leave that role to the guys that command the respect of their opponents.
Are you ****ing kidding me? You speak of the enforcer role like an ignorant douche. Anyone that sticks up for his teammates like Brendan has and does is more than welcome on my team. He's a class act and an enforcer to the "t" of the definition.

Theres no reason to hate a guy just becuase he's obese. He is one of the first of his kind and he played his heart out. It doesn't matter if he's a good player or not, he knows his role and he plays it well. The interview was very informative and by far the longest one yet (in terms of long, detailed answers.) He gave quality answers for us.

And HS, Hump has done great interviews with these guys and I find no reason to bash him.

He played in Senior leagues in the Massachusetts area, and has played in Europe.

He's also played additional pre-season games in the LNAH and UHL.

Ok now things are getting clearer. I always read threads on him and it never seemed to get into anything before 2004.
