Congratulations to the Chicago Blackhawks, the 2009-10 Stanley Cup champions.

Second congrats to Marian Hossa. It would have been fun to have a new hockey curse, but three Cup losses in a row would have been brutal.

Hossa should have known what the problem was all along. He needed to be in a Hawks jersey in order to win the cup.

Haha, thats right! And, HNIC showed a picture of Toews and his family around a Xmas tree, way back when he was a kid - both he and his brothers were wearing Hawks jerseys - crazy!

I guess maybe it was just meant to be....

Probably a dumb question, but was Hossa wearing a Portland Winterhawks jersey in that first picture?

There is one though - the road team of the Winter Classic curse. Three lost cup finals in a row now - watch out Washington!

You are spot on, here, Brotha'! Great point. Not too happy about the Penguins back in a 'once in a lifetime' game like the Classic, but hope they beat up on Washington this Winter. Good for Buttman- Give some new teams a glimpse at the Classic, Buddy. Chicago sure appreciated it!
