Haha, yeah I got you. But, 'Opposite' was just one of those albums for me where like, when it first came out, I must have listened to it like 50 times a day. At that time, I probably could have told you every line from every song. I still listen to it, but back then, I was obsessed with it. So probably just for nostalgia alone, it will always be my favorite Poison The Well album. I still think those songs hold up today though and it's a perfect album.

Yeah I am definitely spoiled living near Philadelphia. We have a 4 day hardcore fest every August, and just awesome shows booked year round. I'm seeing Bane in like 2 weeks. Then a few days later H2O is playing. Tons of bands coming through. I'm so pumped for Floorpunch though. I'm on like 2 hours of sleep cause I'm so excited for tonight, haha.

Honestly thought Floorpunch were long gone. Saw them in 97 or 98. One NYHC band that i really like is Sick of it All. Been awhile since i saw them. I saw them completely win over a metal crowd a few years ago. They basically opened for Unearth and stole thier thunder. They are certainly one of the best live acts ive seen, any genre.

Yeah, Floorpunch aren't an active band. I know they did a few official "reunion" shows in like '08 I think, but other than that they are pretty much done. Last night was a benefit show for a promoter in Philly who recently fell on some hard times with the law, so a bunch of bands played to help him raise money for a lawyer. Floorpunch are good friends with him so they played it. It was nuts.

Glad you brought up Sick of it All. I'm actually seeing them November 26th I believe, so I'm looking forward to that. It's another band who obviously have been around for a while, but I've never seen them live. So now based on what you said, definitely pumped to see them.

You need to get out of the house more often, that shiit song is on the radio 57 times a day. I like it though(even though I will never admit it to my ole lady)
