Ya I agree , he is 44 years old , not the biggest guy ever to wear the gear , 6-1 225lbs , he is totally burned out from the grind of performing every night , the travel alone is enough to burn out any one , he took a couple months off a few years back and came back better then ever , but that bad back just wont let him do the things he used to do so this could be legit , we just may have seen the last of him in the ring except for some special performances ..

When he was "retired" and HHH was trying to recruit him for the last incarnation of DX, Michaels was working as a cook somewhere and his boss kept calling him "Hickenbottom" and HHH was like "Hickenbottom? What kind of name is that?" and Michaels was like "I'm trying to keep low key."

His name is actually Jean-Paul for some reason they don't list it that way. Very french name for a guy born in New Hampshire.
