Acording to this source wwe is not nonchalant about it and swagger is in deep

Considering all of the attention Jack Swagger received from the mainstream media earlier this week, do you think WWE has any choice but to terminate his contract per the conditions of the WWE Wellness Policy?
Jack Swagger is in a world of trouble after having one of the dumbest arrests in WWE history. Here’s a guy that has an opportunity most only dream of and rather than focusing on taking full advantage of it, he’s out breaking the law with reckless behavior. The arrest was so shocking there was a point I even questioned its legitimacy, however, this is completely legitimate. Word is that Vince McMahon is livid and I personally don’t see how Swagger gets out of this with his job. I’m sure some serious meetings are taking place about what to do next. The fact Swagger was scripted into this week’s Smackdown gives the company some time to determine what to do. I’m not reporting WWE is going to fire him but rather speculating that Swagger has done himself no favors. Swagger’s first main event push was scrapped due to behavioral/attitude problems and it doesn’t get much more arrogant than what he did a mere hour and a half after this week’s Smackdown taping.

Nice post, thanks. I was reading ahead on prerecorded smackdown spoilers and he gets "pushed" even more tonight. I agree that WWE has to do something. It shouldn't matter if a guys a main a eventer or a jobber, drugs and wrestling don't mix. Swagger should lose his WM shot and then start his suspension.

According to Bleacher report Undertaker was at a house show last weekend and it's very likely he'll be on RAW tonight. Now road to WM can begin. Who do ya'll want him to face at WM, Punk?

He was in a tag team match and more than likely he will face Punk. However I would love to see him fight Cena.

Summerslam apparently already has him booked vs Lesnar.

Okay, that was either the craziest blade job in a while or a blood pack. Thinking the latter, as there was already blood on the post before the impact. Either way, that is probably the least PG beginning to Raw in a while (though you could tell it was PG by the crappy camera work avoiding Brock's "wound & blood"

I think it was an accident. No way he's blading the back of his head, and he was still bleeding all the way up the ramp a couple minutes after. Blood pack/capsule wouldn't allow for that.

Lesnar hasn't had an encounter with a wrestler yet where he hasn't had blood all over him. I honestly feel like that was an unintentional blunt hit to the post and that knocked him open.

Regardless it was AWESOME!

i'm not much of a wrestling fanatic but has Lesnar "wrestled" undertaker since he has been back from ufc?I know the 2 have history and don't like each other so would be interesting to see if a real fight could break out between them.

Would be good but we would know it was real if undertaker landed a good shot cos Brock would be in a foetal position on the ground.

That being said i think Brock would maul him unless taker could land a good shot

The Lesner/ Triple H fight and the Cena/Punk fight were the only things worth seeing last night. I hate seeing the same mach-ups week in and week out. Great Kahli jobbing to Henry. Cesaro losing to Orton again, that must be the forth time Orton has won against him. Swagger didn't lose his title shot yet. Now with Puck out of WM for WWE title now he can feud with Undertaker. One last thing, the amount of advertising WWE did last last night was maddening. Movies, TV shows, sonic food. I almost stopped watching.

WWE star Jack Swagger was arrested last night in Mississippi, TMZ has learned -- after allegedly driving under the influence ... with pot in his car.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, Swagger -- real name Jacob Hager -- was leaving a "Smackdown" taping at Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi when he was pulled over for speeding.

According to law enforcement, the officer who pulled him over determined Swagger was driving under the influence -- and a search revealed Swagger was in possession of marijuana.

We're told Swagger -- a former WWE World Heavyweight champ -- was taken in by local sheriff's deputies ... and later released on his own recognizance.

He has been charged with DUI, marijuana possession, and speeding -- all misdemeanors.

We reached out to WWE, who tells TMZ, "Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions."

I think the funny part of it was he was on the Saturday Morning Slam, or whatever the kids show is on the CW this last weekend...

I'm looking forward to Old School RAW. It's at the Sabre's arena. I wonder if the heels will trying to rile up the crowd. It's not hard to make fun of Buffalo. The Rock in Buffalo for the first time in 12 years. Since it's Old School, Undertaker has to come back this episode.
