At least Punk was entertaining. The Rock has really lost his touch, when I was 9 I thought he was cool fast forward about 15 years later and I find him lame. He's like Dane Cook, he just keeps using the same jokes and I can't stop finding ways to hate him.

At least Stone Cold drank beer. Christ, the WWE is terrible anymore.

Well in defense of the Rock, he's from the attitude era. I'm sure most of the stuff he got away with wouldn't fly with today's WWE.

Pretty good stuff last night on the mic. CM Punk's promo was probably the strongest he's done since his Incredible Shoot on Raw a year or so ago. Still not as awesome as this one though

CM Punk's WrestleRave Promo - Legendado PT/BR -...

All this said -- from everything i read, Rock blew the roof off the Ice Palace (St Pete Times Forum). I'm sure a lot of people were in that backstage area, as hundreds of Wrestlers live in the Bay area. Especially Tampa and Clearwater

I think there's some truth to that. His recent promos have been pretty lame, but there are times where he does get a little edgy (for PG standards). If it was TV-14 again, I think he'd be a little better, but Punk is pretty good on the mic. I'm sure cutting promos weekly as compared to once every 6 months helps.

Absolutely amazing. I probably haven't seen a raw for a month or two, and I tune in, and guess what happens? First of all, its still Ryback Vs. Punk. Second of all, in their match, Ryback beats up Punk, then is about to win, when those 3 dudes come out and beat him up. Man, things sure have changed. I wonder what I have missed all those weeks....

So Ryback gets screwed out of the Championship again, what else is new? I caught Rock's segment with Punk, nice banter. "I want you to get two tattoos....candy and a my boot print..." According to Bleacher report and other sources Rock has committed to the Elimination Chamber PPV so maybe he wins at the Royal Rumble and loses it there?

Agreed, but it makes me laugh that a guy like Cena can thrive in this enviorment and still keep it PG, yet the Rock struggles. I'm also sure the Rock is given some leeway just like Cena.

WWE needs to get Hardy, Bubby Ray and the likes of Bobby Rood. Awesome watching the Great Khali get dumped on his head last night. Funny stuff just remembered that part.

What drove me nuts about punk vs raven in ring of honor was their ring of honor storyline didnt coincide with the TNA story line- they were tag team partners / in the same stable in TNA and fueding in ring of honor- the very next day after working a ring of honor show "hating" each other they would come out on TNA and be partners because the TNA storyline was it's own thing...

Indie wrestlers who wrestle for mutliple promotions should stick to the same gimmick in all of them - Sami callihan for example wrestles for CZW as a 'face' and then the second show of the night is a EVOLVE wrestling show - same building, same fans, and hes a heel 3 hours later.

Alberto Delllllll Riooooo new Heavy Weight Champion. I should have known better that WWE's website spoiled the outcome beforehand. Oh well, it was a good match.

Rock came to "his" show and the crowd loved him. Rock should be in an actual match before Royal Rumble.

Mick Foley being inducted into Hall of Fame later on this year, easy decision, well deserved.
