Well the first 20 floors are empty and that I believe is to honor the victims and their families as part of the compromise for building there again.

To be truthful I don't care about politics in this one at all. I'm just happy they are rebuilding it and it will be completed next year on the 2 year anniversary of Bin Laden's death. That to me means a whole lot, because the events that happened on that morning had an affect on the next 11 years of my life and will continue too.

I think Americans as a whole should be happy its being built. I hope you watch the ABC piece on it. They did a good job with it.

I drive over the Verrazano bridge almost everyday. For years I had to look at the skyline minus the twin towers in disgust, despair, sadness and any other emotion you can think of. The skyline and NYC is a shell of its former self so, when I saw the building rising over the skyline again, I felt that the city's pride was starting to be restored, the great NY skyline was to be again so to speak.

So to answer your question? I don't care what it cost's to finish erecting that building. Just fuken get it done!

Did they really named a tower where the oppressor will fuck our lifes up, the 'freedom' tower? The people who are going to work in these towers will fuck your lifes way more than Al-Quaeda did.
