Tilapia, breaded in a cajun-cornmeal mix, fried in the skillet.
Braised collard greens with black forest ham bacon.
Black and Pinto bean sludge. With green pepper, cilantro, celery, and black forest ham bacon.
All washed down with a few Abita Turbo Dog beers. Good stuff.

i'm definitely no stranger to the yellow tail shiraz. good wine for a good price. the yellow tail mag is an especially good value for the size. tonight it's scallops, broccoli rabe, and pinot grigio.
