Ahhh pig.....the most versatile of animals.

This reminds me of the Simpsons episode when Lisa becomes a vegetarian. 'Oh sure Lisa, like there's some magical animal that all this comes from.'

Also had some oysters from PEI, and Nova Scotia, which were phenomenal slathered in horseradish, lemon juice and cocktail sauce. Also had some sweet potato french fries and some slaw with crumbly blue cheese mixed in. Weird but tasty. Plate was clean!!!

Tonight's menu includes: Pork spare rib's, pan-seared, then baked in my oven for at least 3 hours (I don't have a grill yet , but the lady said she's going to buy me one) covered in my own homemade bbq sauce. BBQ baked beans with apple, and lastly a nice fresh tomato, cucumber salad.

We'll enjoy some take-away Chinese. I'll go with a shrimp dish (white rice) and an egg roll.

The one across from Tiger Stadium. I've only been to his Dearborn bar but we just had drinks. Not sure what I'll have. Depends on if work is buying or not.
